Porcelain Veneers

This case demonstrates the use of porcelain veneers to correct a tooth-size discrepancy as well as to lighten the teeth and to provide an even and attractive smile.

Dental Implant used to Replace a Fractured Tooth

This lady presented with a long-term root fracture of the tooth at position upper left four which caused bone loss and rendered the tooth beyond restoration. The tooth was removed atraumatically and an implant placed, along with a small bone graft. The implant was restored using a crown and healed uneventfully.

Teeth Too Short

This case involved the correction of the length of the two central incisor teeth whose appearance had become a concern. After periodontal or gum surgery, two crowns were fitted and the tissue matured into a better aesthetic position.

Complex Case - Crowns, Implants and Veneers

This lady presented with an uneven bite where attempts had been made at a specialist centre to restore the situation with implants. This had proved unsuccessful and also the bite was opened to allow space for better aesthetics and function. Crowns, Implants, and Veneers were used in combimation to provide an attractive and functional smile.

Resin Bonding

To restore the shape of these slightly small lateral incisors, composite resin restorations were bonded to the teeth to improve the aesthetics. No tooth structure was lost during this treatment.

Tooth Whitening

Before picture: this lady`s teeth are at the darkest end of the shade scale-she is holding a B4 shade tab against the teeth here which is almost the darkest possible tab.
After picture: after power and home bleaching the teeth are now off the scale-beyond the lightest shade tab that we can get.
