Pain-Free Dentistry ‘The Magic Wand’

Everybody always tells me I have great teeth, and how great it must be working in a dental practice being able to have my teeth checked and treated regularly. The truth is we rarely have our teeth checked!

So, I plucked up the courage to see Rav for a check-up. Radiographs were taken and to my dismay I need a filling.

Having never had any treatment before I was petrified…. but I needn’t be.

Rav used The Wand and I did not feel a thing. The Wand is a computerised anaesthetic system that gently introduces the anaesthetic through a very fine needle. The cartridge is warmed to body temperature and the gum frozen first. I was then able to have my treatment without feeling a thing, and the numbness wore off comfortably after only a couple of hours.

Painful injections really are a thing of the past!
